Richard Dodridge is the Managing Director of rgd chartered accountants.

Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and is a Fellow of the Institute.  He has 20 years experience in accounting ranging from Finance Manager to European Finance Director of a £250M Research and Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution company employing 800 staff (McAfee).

Richard also has considerable experience of: management accounts preparation and interpretation, finance process review and design, managing staff of up to 100 employees, finance system selection and implementation, business planning, finance lease programme design and implementation, statutory accounts preparation, tax planning and returns, cost reduction programmes, sales compensation design and costing, acquisition integration, audit and investigations.

Richard is experienced in partnering with Managing Directors and business owners to achieve business success through his exposure to the disciplines of sales, marketing and operations in his 20 year career in industry and commerce.
